RC Talent Solutions was founded and launched by Ray Chandler, Managing Director.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources from Michigan State University.  In addition, he holds a Master of Education with a concentration in Human Resources Development from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.  Ray has pursued several certifications, including SHRM- SCP. HCI Human Capital Strategist, Extended DISC Facilitator, and several others. 

 

Ray brings over 15 years of business experience, which includes Human Resources leadership for several large and medium sized corporations domestically and globally.  Ray is passionate about people and brings diverse methodology in the way the he works that translates across geographic and cultural boundaries.
